THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THE INVESTIGATIVE ACTION IN THE PROVISION PROCESS

This article analyzes the views and opinions of foreign and domestic scientists regarding the importance of the investigative action of interrogation in the process of proving, situations that should be paid attention to during the interrogation, and the features of its implementation. When planning, opinions are analyzed regarding the connection of the investigative action of interrogation with other investigative actions. As a result of the analysis, proposals were developed that reflect the features of this investigation.

Abstract
