Analysis of the Effectiveness of Implementing Interactive Teaching Methods in Higher Medical Educational Institutions

The aim of the study is to analyze the effectiveness of implementing interactive teaching methods in higher medical educational institutions to improve the quality of training future doctors. The research covers the evaluation of modern interactive approaches, such as simulations, case-based methods, role-playing games, and teamwork, in terms of their impact on professional knowledge, practical skills, and students' interpersonal interaction. The results confirm that interactive methods enhance knowledge acquisition, critical thinking development, and readiness for clinical practice. It is concluded that systematic implementation of interactive learning, despite existing challenges, is necessary to ensure a high level of medical professionals' training in line with modern healthcare requirements.
