Self-Sufficient Skyscraper Systems: Comprehensive Integration of Renewable Energy, Artificial Wetlands, and Waste Processing Technologies
This study presents a holistic design for self-sufficient skyscrapers, integrating renewable energy, waste management, and environmental technologies. Key systems include AI-driven solar concentration panels, artificial wetlands with diatoms and cyanobacteria, nitrogen-cooled air circulation, and a bioreactor for human waste processing. The study adds a comparative analysis of traditional skyscrapers versus the proposed system, visualizing reductions in CO2, energy demand, and water consumption. Results highlight substantial energy savings, CO2 offsets, and economic benefits in high solar radiation climates.
