D1.7 DECO activity Report (Year 3-4)

The deliverable D1.7 DECO Activity Report (Years 3 and 4) is conceived as a self-evaluation exercise that has the ultimate purpose of reporting and assessing the communication, dissemination and exploitation activities of the MOVING project. This deliverable follows D1.4 DECO Activity Report (Years 1 and 2), and it is grounded on the final MOVING Strategy on Communication, Dissemination, Exploitation and Outreach developed in February 2024 (D1.6 DECO Strategy – final). In particular, this deliverable has two specific objectives: Analyse the performance of communication, dissemination and exploitation activities implemented by the project in years 3 and 4 and its contribution to achieving MOVING’s objectives and Key Performance Indicators. Draw lessons, identify areas of improvements, and design actions and follow-up steps to be taken by the project to improve the communication, dissemination and exploitation activities. The first three Sections of this deliverable provides an introduction to the scope of the document, a contextualization of the project and an overview of the methodology used to monitor and assess the communication, dissemination and outreach activities. Section 4 describes communication, dissemination and outreach activities carried out by the MOVING project and its partners in Years 3 and 4 of the implementations. This section details the products, channels and methods used by the project, as well as synergies occurred with external channels and media to outreach a larger audience. Section 5 provides a summary of engagement through the MOVING CODE Taskforce, and support provided to ensure more regional and local communication activities. Section 6 assesses the impact of the project’s communication, dissemination and outreach activities against its initial targets. Figures provides an overall successful picture of the project’s impacts across all channels and products. Section 7 concludes with the MOVING Exploitation Plan, providing a roadmap for the use of the project’s results by partners in the medium and long run. The Exploitation Plan revolves around three Key Exploitable Results prioritized by the MOVING partners in view of their valuable contribution to increase the resilience and sustainability of Mountain Value Chains.
