ISSUES OF LIQUIDITY ASSESSMENT IN PROJECT FINANCING BY THE BANK

This scientific article analyzes the issues of liquidity assessment in project financing by banks. Successful financing of projects depends on the level of liquidity of the bank, which represents the ability of the bank to cover its short-term obligations. The article examines indicators used to assess liquidity, classical and modern approaches. Also, liquidity problems faced by banks and how they affect projects are analyzed. Strategic approaches to liquidity management and the role of Central Banks in this process are also covered.
