Polyamines as a Positive Indicator on Morphogenesis and Growth of Capsicum annum Cultivated in Laboratory under Maintained Condition
Capsicum is a burning candidate in every recipes of everyone plate. It is the hot queen for curries, salad, mix vegetables, burger, pizza etc. In most of the kitchen, it is truly said that without chilli the life of recipe is seems to be measurable the genus of flowering plants belongs to family Solanaceae. Capsicum also known as cayenne which is used to cure toothache, fever, throat, wound healing and heart disease prevention. It is commonly used for nerve pain and other painful conditions. The role of polyamines has a great role in in vitro techniques. Many scientists reported the successive reports for growth and morphogenesis of polyamines. In Present study, the different concentration of polyamines was used to promote the morphogenesis, growth and development of Capsicum plantlets from seed germination to attend the maturity of Plant. The seeds were spread over the blotting paper moistened with different concentration of Polyamines (Spermine, Spermidine and Putrescine). The different concentration was 2µl, 4 µl and 6µl. These concentrations were diluted with Distilled water. The seed germination was started within 48 hours of inoculation. The germinated seeds attained the plantlets after 15 days of inoculation, Later, hardening was done. Consequently, the plantlets attained the maturity having a lot of production of capsicum from each plant in Spermine (2µl) treatment, while seeds treated with putrescine and spermidine treated plants died
