Considering the strategic importance of the European Green Deal, Ukraine must align its economic policy with sustainable development principles, which are the foundation of economic transformation within the EU. Coordination by the government is essential for the implementation of the Ukraine Facility program, in collaboration with local authorities, businesses, and international donors. At the same time, in negotiations for EU membership, Ukraine must insist on equal access to financial instruments comparable to the assistance provided to other candidate countries.
