Overview of tasks in work packages 2 and 3 & Initial plan for task 2.3.

Presentation held at the EVERSE WP2 monthly meeting. Introduces task 2.3 and in particular also its interdependencies with the other tasks in WP2 and WP3. In a nutshell, task 2.3 will be about indicators for best practices: how to define them, how to stimulate their usage and how to standardize them. This will involve many synchronization steps between other tasks and also with the pilot projects coming out of WP4.
