USE AND CALCULATION OF FLEXIBLE THREADS FOR PROTECTION AGAINST BLAST WAVES
The article proposes the use of flexible threads to protect buildings and structures from the action of a blast wave. A method for calculating a flexible thread for the action of a shock wave has been developed. The method is based on the hypothesis that all the energy from the blast wave is converted into the potential energy of deformation of the flexible thread. As a result of equating the explosion energy and the potential energy of deformation of the flexible thread, an equivalent load is determined. In the future, this load is the calculated.
