The linear regression analysis to describe the possible existing relationship between identified variables as well as determining the direction and magnitude of such relationship. It was discovered that the overall level of students’ physical exercise, socio-emotional skills and academic activity is high. This indicated that the three variables are much observed by the college students. After the thorough investigation, the null hypothesis (p<0.05) was rejected. This study delineated that physical exercise and socio-emotional skills predicted student academic productivity.
