Beyond BRITE - Expanding Bright Star Research through Kepler and TESS
Since the launch of the BRITE constellation, the field of bright star observations has experienced transformative changes. This talk will delve into the complementary roles of NASA's TESS and the Kepler missions in observing bright stars. Emphasis will be placed on types of variability, such as pulsations, rotational modulations, and binary systems, which have been studied extensively using BRITE. I will discuss the significant findings from these missions and explore their implications for future research and potential missions.
