SURFACE LAYER OF YBCO CRYSTALS

The article presents a model of the thickness of the surface layer of YBCO crystals, from which its domain structure follows. It is shown that in the surface nanolayer, the temperature of the transition to the superconducting state increases by 2 times compared to the bulk phase. Lamels in the monodomain are determined as Abrikosov vortices, and there are 15 of them in the surface layer of YBCO.

Abstract

The article presents a model of the thickness of the surface layer of YBCO crystals, from which its domain structure follows. It is shown that in the surface nanolayer, the temperature of the transition to the superconducting state increases by 2 times compared to the bulk phase. Lamels in the monodomain are determined as Abrikosov vortices, and there are 15 of them in the surface layer of YBCO.
