ABORDAREA TERMINOLOGIEI ȘTIINȚIFICE FRANCEZE PRIN PRISMA DINAMICII SALE SISTEMICE

The article focuses on the dynamics of the evolution and constitution of French techni-cal-scientific terms in correlation with extra-linguistic realities. The author combats cer-tain criteria of terminologisation such as neosemanticism and the lack of synonymy, by proving by dint of examples that technical-scientific terms are polysemous and attest to synonyms. The dynamics of the spheres of scientific terminology is also due, according to the author, to the secondary semiosis in which metaphor plays a decisive role. Apart from this, the technical-scientific progress which is often ensured by researchers publishing their works in English, determines the influence of English on the scientific terminology of other natural languages.
