Development of a Flexible Corporate Culture as a Factor of Successful Management in State Institutions

The relevance of the study is due to the need to ensure the adaptation of the state institutions of Ukraine to modern challenges associated with increasing requirements for the efficiency of public administration. The purpose of the research is to determine the role of flexible corporate culture as an important factor of successful management in state institutions of Ukraine. The research was conducted using methods of analysis of scientific sources and comparison with the practice of countries that introduced elements of flexibility in the public sector. The results show that a flexible corporate culture contributes to the improvement of management efficiency.
