Cities are complex and challenging, and most are digital, meaning they have information technology to make their management more effective, providing adequate citizens quality of life. The research objective is to analyze municipal strategies and services with information technology in the environment of the strategic digital city of Sinop-MT city. The research methodology includes a case study, using a qualitative and quantitative research protocol, through six variables. The results obtained, based on the number of mapped and analyzed items, reveal the existence of strategic digital city (SDC) subprojects, evidencing that the focus of municipal strategies and municipal services with information technology is concentrated on the government municipal theme. The research highlighted that the other municipal themes could be expanded, requiring public policies aimed at the citizen's quality of life through timely strategies. The conclusion demonstrates the need for municipal strategies and services with information technology in Sinop-MT, in the SDC context, but reiterates that not all municipal strategies are included in public services with information technology.
