PREGĂTIREA CADRELOR ŞTIINŢIFICE ÎN CADRUL BAZEI/FILIALEI MOLDOVENEŞTI A ACADEMIEI DE ȘTIINȚE A URSS (1946–1952)

Summary. In this article, based on the research of unpublished documents from the Central Scientific Archive of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova, the main problems regarding the training of scientific staff within the Moldavian Base/Branch (1946–1952) are identified, problems that did not want to be solved. Particular attention was paid to investigating the historical context of the foundation of academic science in the Moldavian SSR, researched the establishment and consolidation of scientific institutions such as: the Moldavian Base and Branch of the Academy of Sciences of the Soviet Union. The results of the research must be necessary both for researchers, historians and archivists, as well as for those who deal with policies in the field of management, of the appreciation of the human resources of science from the perimeter of the available historical documents.Key words: history, scientific staff, phd studies, Moldavian SSR.
