ISSUES OF ENSURING THE RIGHTS AND LEGAL INTERESTS OF MINOR VICTIMS AT THE STAGE OF COURT PROCEEDINGS IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES

This article presents a comparative legal analysis of foreign countries' legislation in accordance with international standards for ensuring the legitimate interests of juvenile victims at the stage of criminal proceedings, as well as opinions of scholars in this field. Additionally, the author's conclusions and recommendations regarding existing problems in this area have been developed.
