Technology for vacuum-conducting mazute on two-step hydroelector systems

In the article, the determining influence of the water content in the working fluid of the vacuum generating system of the hydroelectric power plant on the achieved residual pressure was proven, the extreme nature of the dependence of the working fluid flow rate on the temperature in the two-stage vacuum generating system of the hydroelectric power plant was established: the minimum working fluid flow rate is achieved at a working fluid renewal rate of 8 - 16% by weight and a temperature of 40 - 55 °C, a vacuum-generating technology with a two-stage hydroelectric system has been developed, ensuring that the residual water content in the total working fluid does not exceed 0.02% by mass, and a vacuum-generating two-stage hydroelectric system has been developed for vacuum distillation of mazut without supplying water vapor.
