Whole genome T2T assembly and female determinant analysis of Bombyx mori

In this study, Firstly, the complete T2T genome assembly by PacBio HIFI, Ultra-long ONT and NGS data. The T2T W chromosome of B. mori was first assembly in this study. The length of W chromosome of Dazao and p50T was 11,683,305 bp and 11,697,497 bp, respectively. The W of B. mori contains up to 92.0% repeat sequence.
