RNA-Seq raw data of different tissues of Rhus chinensis
To figure out changes in R. chinensis induced by S. chinensis, identify pathways involved in this interaction, and clarify the characteristics of insect galls, we conducted transcriptomic and metabolomic analyses of HGs (with the aphids removed) from three growth stages, including SGs (early slow growth phase), RGs (rapid growth phase), and DGs (dehiscence phase) . Further, gall leaves near the SG (SLs) and RG (RLs) and control leaves (CK_SLs) from R. chinensis that were not parasitized by the aphids were used for analysis.
