WGS of XDR in the Beijing Chest Hospital and Beijing TB Dispensary

Samples were originated from XDR-TB patients with positive cultures in the Beijing Chest Hospital and Beijing TB Dispensary between 2014 and 2020. Minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) to multiple drugs were determined using 7H9 broth microdilution. WGS was used to determine the clustered strains and mutations conferring drug resistance.
