Single Nucleus Transcriptomic Atlas of Human Epilepsy

In this study, to characterize this bidirectional relationship in a cell type specific way, we constructed a comprehensive single-cell atlas by generating snRNA-seq data from a wide range of epilepsy pathologies and integrating previously existing datasets, encompassing 22 samples from epilepsy patients as well as 25 sex- and age-matched controls.
