ECOSYSTEM APPROACH AND SERVITIZATION IN NUCLEAR POWER PLANT CONSTRUCTION: EXPERIENCE OF JSC ASÉ

This article discusses the implementation of an ecosystem approach and servitization concept in the context of constructing nuclear power plants (NPPs), focusing on the experience of JSC Atomstroyexport (ASÉ) in Egypt. The interaction between contracting organizations such as Rossém Trust, NIKIMT, Titan-2, and their role in forming comprehensive service offerings including consulting services is analyzed. The relevance of servitization as a means to enhance efficiency and security in NPP construction is emphasized.
