# Neurodynamic Model of Debt Sustainability: A Ternary Synergy Mechanism of Institutions, Markets and Innovation
"AbstractThis paper constructs a neurodynamic model integrating institutional resilience, market dynamics and innovation-driven development to reveal the multi?dimensional determination mechanism of debt sustainability. By developing a hybrid artificial intelligence architecture (LSTM+ attention mechanism), integrating global minut-level debt data and ecological debt indicators, a real?time computing framework for the Dynamic Debt Safety Zone (DDSZ) is proposed. Based on the training of 67 global debt crises from 1880 to 2023, the model's early warning accuracy rate (AUC=0.91) exceeds that of traditional methods by 27%. Research has proved that when the institutional quality Q is greater than 75 and the innovation diffusion rate σ is greater than 0.22, the debt /GDP ratiocan break through the traditional threshold. The introduction of CBDC liquidity and carbon debt has reduced the calculation error of the safe zone by 42%. This outcome has been incorporated into the Article IV consultation system of the IMFand has driven the design of the EU carbon debt restructuring framework.
