"AbstractThis paper proposes the "Metabolic Algorithm Theory", redefining the capitalist economic cycle as the metabolic process in which the civilized system maintains a negative entropy state. By constructing the ternary spiral model of "technological mutation - Institutional Choice - Hierarchical Adaptation" (T-I?C), combined with the dissipative structure theory and adaptive landscape simulation, the reconstruction mechanism of spontaneous order by data fluidity in the digital age is revealed. Based on the global panel data from 1700 to 2023and the liquidity analysis of Markov chains, it is proved that the efficiency ofinstitutional entropy removal during the crisis period determines the direction of civilization transition. Finally, the "Digital Resilience Pyramid" policy experiment was designed to verify the feasibility of algorithmic constitutional engineering for the generation of sustainable order.
