Robotic medical device reprocessing management practices: scoping review protocol
Objective: to map the evidence on the management actions attributed to nurses in the processing of robotic medical devices. Method: scoping review study conducted according to the methodology of the Joanna Briggs Institute, registered in the Open Science Framework, using the acronym PCC (Participant: nurses; Concept: management actions and processing of robotic medical devices; Context: Material and Sterilization Center). The search will be carried out in Medline via PubMed, CINAHL, Scopus, Embase, Lilacs via BVS, WorldCat, BDTD, SOBECC, AESOP and AORN, including gray literature. Studies will be considered in any language, published from 2008 onwards, with a qualitative, quantitative, mixed approach, systematic reviews, editorials, experience reports and conference proceedings. The selection will be carried out independently by two reviewers using the Rayyan platform, including a pilot test to ensure a minimum of 75% agreement. Results: The review is expected to conceptualize the management actions carried out by nurses in the processing of robotic devices, contributing to the systematization of processes, the qualification of practices and the promotion of safety and quality in care.
