EmoLeaders

EmoLeaders is an international initiative designed to empower postdoctoral researchers by centering emotional intelligence as a core leadership skill. We tackle overlooked challenges such as imposter syndrome, cultural isolation, and burnout—especially among neurodiverse, LGBTQ+, immigrant, female, and minority researchers.
