Experiences and Factors Influencing the Retention of Prehospital Staff: A Scoping Review

This scoping review aims to find out what is currently known and map the existing literature. In addition, the review will explore the extent to which current research adopts a positivist lens, including approaches that emphasise strength, positive drivers and appreciative inquiry. Thereby identifying any existing gaps that will justify future study using a positivist or appreciative inquiry approach.
