A 23-Marker Spectral Flow Cytometry Panel for Comprehensive Immune Profiling in Immunotherapy Studies
To comprehensively immunophenotype the common and rare peripheral blood mononuclear cell subsets in patients with solid and hematological malignancies treated with immunotherapy. The files uploaded here include the raw and unmixed data of unmixing controls (cells/beads) and cells only (PBMC), unmixed data from the healthy donor sample along with the inter and intra assay validation for the 23 marker OMIP panel for the identification of various immune cell subsets from the peripheral blood mononuclear samples. This 23 marker panel enables reliable identification of myeloid and monocyte derived suppressor cells (MDSC), basophils, myeloid and plasmacytoid dendritic cells, classical, intermediate and non-classical monocytes, NK cell subsets, CD4 and CD8 conventional T cells, TCRαβ and TCRγδ T cells, Regulatory T cells, B cells from mononuclear cells.
