ImPACT Stroke II
Our study tests the effectiveness of the ImPACT Stroke intervention on quality of life, psychological wellbeing and psychological flexibility), while observing and gathering information on its implementation. Stroke survivors (over 18 years of age; living at home; at least 3 months post-stroke) and a ‘support person’ will be randomly allocated to the intervention group or usual care, and will complete assessments at baseline, post-intervention and at 3 months. Participants in the ImPACT Stroke intervention group will participate in 6 one hour sessions delivered online for 6 weeks in a group format. Implementation outcomes will be evaluated using standardised questionnaires and interviews with stakeholders.
