Operative Outcomes and Complications of SuperHIP, Femoral Lengthening, and Rotationplasty in the Treatment of Congenital Femoral Deficiency: A Systematic Review
This study aims to systematically assess postoperative complications and clinical outcomes associated with three surgical approaches for congenital femoral deficiency (CFD): SUPERhip (SH), femoral lengthening, and rotationplasty. By synthesizing current findings, we seek to enhance the understanding of these techniques and establish a solid foundation for future research. Ultimately, our findings will inform surgical decision-making and contribute to improving long-term patient outcomes in the management of CFD.
