Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, cujo objetivo é identificar evidências disponíveis sobre os instrumentos e estratégias utilizadas na APS para a identificação e avaliação das famílias em situação de vulnerabilidade social. Este estudo também funciona como uma etapa preliminar na construção de um estudo metodológico.// This is an integrative literature review aimed at identifying available evidence on the instruments and strategies used in primary health care for the identification and assessment of families in situations of social vulnerability. This study also serves as a preliminary step in the development of a methodological study.
