EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES FOR PROMOTING HEALTH MAINTENANCE BEHAVIORS IN ADULTS AND ELDERLY: PROTOCOL FOR A SCOPING REVIEW
This study aims to map scientific productions on educational technologies used to promote health maintenance behaviors in adults and older adults. A scoping review will be conducted following the JBI methodological framework and reported according to the PRISMA-ScR checklist. The study will include primary research, literature reviews, theses, and dissertations, with no restrictions on language or publication date. Data will be extracted and analyzed systematically, categorizing educational technologies and their applications in health promotion. The findings will be synthesized into a descriptive narrative, highlighting trends, interventions, and gaps in the literature. The results will contribute to a comprehensive understanding of how educational technologies support health maintenance behaviors, guiding future research and practical applications in adult and elderly care.
