Compassion Fatigue and Burnout Among Healthcare Professionals: A Scoping Review Protocol

This scoping review aims to map recent evidence on compassion satisfaction, burnout, and secondary traumatic stress among healthcare professionals. It will identify factors influencing professional quality of life and summarize strategies for preventing compassion fatigue and burnout. Findings will inform future research, interventions, and policies to support healthcare workers’ well-being.
