Embedding Trust in Evaluation (ETIE): The Hidden REF project

Embedding Trust in Evaluation (E-TIE) is the funded project behind the Hidden REF Competition and Hidden REF Festival. It is funded by Research England from 2025 to 2030. E-TIE collaborates with Research England, REF2029 and the Research Diversity Advisory Panel (RDAP) to help understand how to recognise and assess all research outputs and everyone involved in the conduct of research. E-TIE aligns the timelines of relevant work with the timelines of REF2029 and RDAP. This collaborative approach ensures that E-TIE can represent the research community and support the work of REF2029 and RDAP.
