Nutrient Niche Dynamics MS - Data and Analyses
This OSF repository hosts all materials associated with our manuscript examining how eight co-occurring bumble bee species partition pollen macronutrients across an eight-year plant–pollinator dataset from Colorado, USA. Contents include: (1) Data – raw floral surveys, pollen macronutrient measurements, anther weight measurements, bee–flower interaction records. (2) Scripts – R code to clean data, fit Bayesian Dirichlet models in brms/CmdStanR, calculate niche overlap and breadth, and generate all figures/tables. All code is released under the MIT License; data under CC-BY 4.0. Please cite both the manuscript and this OSF DOI when re-using any part of the dataset or code.
