The use of cine-education in the training of medical preceptors: a scoping review

A medical student's educational path is strongly influenced by his or her learning experiences with a preceptor. Continuing medical education (CME) programs are an excellent way to train preceptors who supervise students in a clinical setting. These CME programs use innovative strategies such as cine-education. The aim of this study was to explore the practice of using cine-education in the training of medical preceptors, including the type of cine-education, content presented, implementation and evaluation.
