How to report personalized Internet- and mobile- based intervention components: Introducing the ADAPT-I checklist

Personalization in Internet- and mobile-based interventions (IMIs) is common but inconsistently described, hindering research and implementation. The ADAPT-I checklist—developed through literature reviews, expert focus groups, and piloting—standardizes reporting on what is personalized, the basis for personalization, and the decision-making agents involved. Here we present the checklist and provide access to the interactive web platform.
