Scatterplots showing how MOR50 compares with MIC as computed using broth microdilution control experiments.
Points represent the mean and standard deviation between repeats for each antibiotic/species combination. The fold difference plot shows how well MIC from MOR50 (MICMOR50) compares with MIC from broth microdilution (MICBM). The fold difference is computed as , such that a value of for example 1 means MICMOR50 is 2 times higher than MICBM, and -2 means 4 times lower. The bars show the mean and standard deviation between repeats. (PDF)
