Application
\nOrganic farming involves cultivating plants without artificial chemicals, resulting in higher-quality products. The younger generation’s lack of interest in organic farming can impede agricultural development. To address this, Caping Merapi Agroeducation serves as a learning platform for youth. This study aims to assess the interest of young people in studying organic farming, conducted purposively at Caping Merapi Agroeducation with a sample of 40 respondents using quota sampling. Data was collected through observations, questionnaires, and documentation. Findings indicate that interest in organic farming is high, reflected in three key indicators: knowledge increase, interest, and involvement, with the highest scores in involvement. Overall, the study shows that the younger generation is interested in learning organic farming.\n
