Mechanochemical Copper-Catalyzed Synthesis of <i>N</i>H‑Sulfonimidamides by Oxidative Amination of Primary\nSulfinamides
A mechanochemical\ncopper-catalyzed oxidative amination of primary\nsulfinamides has been developed, leading to <i>N</i>H-sulfonimidamides\nin moderate to good yields under solvent-free conditions. Air serves\nas a terminal oxidant without the need for external additives. The\nobtained products could be readily converted into both acyclic and\ncyclic sulfonimidamide derivatives. This mechanochemical approach\ndemonstrates considerable ecological benefits compared to solvent-based\nmethods.
