Pd/Brønsted\nAcid Co-catalyzed Dehydrative Coupling\nof Propargylic Alcohols with Diarylphosphine Oxides
An efficient dehydrative coupling of propargylic alcohols\nwith\ndiarylphosphine oxides to construct tetrasubstituted allenylphosphoryl\ncompounds in the presence of a Pd/Brønsted acid co-catalyst has\nbeen developed. As a benefit from the use of a Brønsted acid,\nthis reaction could perform under mild conditions with excellent yields,\naccommodating a wide range of functional groups. The potential utility\nof this method has also been demonstrated.
