Palladium-Catalyzed\nBranch-Selective Allylic C–H\nAmination Enabled by Nucleophile Coordination
Regiochemical control is a central\nsubject in the field\nof synthetic\nchemistry. Here we unveil an innovative approach for the branch-selective\nallylic C–H amination of α-alkenes with amine nucleophiles\nfacilitated by phosphoramidite–palladium catalysis. A diverse\narray of α-alkenes has been effectively utilized to produce\na variety of structurally distinct allylamines with moderate to excellent\nregioselectivity. Furthermore, the asymmetric version of this reaction\nis feasible through the use of chiral phosphoramidite ligands, albeit\nwith currently modest enantioselectivity.
