Palladium-Catalyzed\nCoupling of Aryl Chlorides with\nSecondary Phosphines to Construct Unsymmetrical Tertiary Phosphines

The functionalization of the C–Cl bond in unactivated\naryl\nchlorides under mild conditions presents a significant challenge.\nWe disclose a general protocol for constructing both partially and\nentirely unsymmetrical tertiary phosphines through the Pd/keYPhos-catalyzed\ncoupling of aryl chlorides with secondary phosphines under mild conditions.\nThe reaction exhibits excellent functional group tolerance and broad\nsubstrate scopes. Furthermore, the rapid synthesis of ligands and\nluminescent compound sTPPs, alongside gram-scale systhesis, demonstrates\nthe practical applicability of this method.
