Pressure Affected\nInterface Effect in Nanoheterojunctions\nFormed by Au Nanoparticles Anchoring CsPbBr3 Nanocrystals
Plasmon\nenhanced perovskite photovoltaic materials are\nan important\ndirection for the development of perovskite materials. Interfacial\nbehavior of the plasmon and perovskite determines photovoltaic properties.\nOn the other hand, pressure is a powerful noninvasive method to modify\ninterfacial interaction. Thus, an Au-CsPbBr3 nanoheterojunction\nis formed by depositing Au nanoparticles on the surface of CsPbBr3 nanocrystals. Pressure affected optical properties indicated\nthat both electron delocalization and hole migration can be modified\nin the nanoheterojunction. Electron delocalization is enhanced with\ndecreasing pressure-induced interspace. Hole migration is also accelerated\nwith increasing pressure-induced valence band in CsPbBr3. These results show a new method to adjust charge behavior in heterojunctions\nand thus a way to optimize photovoltaic properties.
