Abstract

This study explored novel immunomodulatory approaches\nfor cancer\ntreatment, with a specific focus on lung cancer, the leading cause\nof cancer-related deaths worldwide. We synthesized indole-based phospholipase\nD (PLD) inhibitors with various substituents to improve anticancer\nefficacy.
