Examining the link between nurses’ spiritual health and patients’ satisfaction with nursing services in clinical units: a cross-sectional study in southwest Iran
Spiritual health among nurses had no effect on patients' satisfaction with nursing care, and no statistically significant relationship was found between these two variables. PSNS was influenced by their demographic characteristics and environmental factors such as frequency of visits, educational level, insurance coverage, and marital status, rather than by the nurses' spiritual health. By improving service delivery processes, enhancing patients' awareness of the treatment process, providing financial support for patients, and identifying other contributing factors, patients' satisfaction can be improved.
