Adiponectin gene polymorphisms rs1501299 and rs17300539 are not associated with polycystic ovary syndrome

For the first time in a sample from the studied ethnicity, we conclude that both rs1501299 and rs17300539 polymorphisms are not associated with polycystic ovary syndrome. Testosterone and progesterone levels were significantly affected by polymorphisms.
