This research presents a comparative jurisprudential study on the rulings related to the metal palladium and its ownership under the legal system of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study is divided into three sections. The first section provides definitions of the key terms. In the second section, the researcher addresses jurisprudential rulings related to religious practices, such as the use of palladium utensils for ablution and the Zakat of palladium, presenting different scholarly views, their evidence, and the most correct opinion. The third section covers rulings related to transactions, including ownership of palladium if found on private land. The researcher clarifies that, according to Saudi law, palladium found on private land is the property of the state, a view supported by the Maliki school of thought.
