Prevalence and Diagnostic Challenge of Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis Syndrome in Critically Ill Patients
Our study describes a population of adults suspected of HLH in the ICU. Improved diagnostic strategies are needed to facilitate timely recognition and optimize patient outcomes.
